"Elizabeth was my therapist after knee-replacement.
She was amazing at figuring out which therapies and
exercises were necessary to get me back to my best
physical health. She has a patient, pleasant manner
and readily adapted to my needs to help me reach
my end goal. I now walk up stairs without even thinking
about it. I am thrilled with my outcome.” – Donna Tucker

How frequently do I need to make physical therapy appointments?
The frequency of your appointments will vary depending on your diagnosis, the recommendation of your physical therapist, and your availability. During your evaluation, you and your therapist will decide together how many sessions you’ll need to schedule. Over time, the frequency will diminish, as your condition improves, and soon you’ll be wholly independent, maintaining your own physical wellness.
What if I need continued physical therapy after I have been discharged from formal physical therapy?
We offer a range of continuing care programs such as Fitness Memberships, Exercise Classes, and periodic Workshops to keep you healthy and pain-free. If you need more physical therapy sessions, we allow you to self-pay for these sessions without billing your insurance if you have exhausted your insurance benefit or authorization. As you near the end of your initial episode of physical therapy, your PT will discuss your options. We want to see you happy and healthy for life!
