"We live in Ivy but drive to Crozet because we feel
that this is the best gym situation in the area
for us. Professional PT’s voluntarily check our for
m during our workouts, answer questions and
suggest exercises when we have setbacks. The classe
s are great. We like the small, family
environment where we get to know the people around
us. Every member of the staff is eager
to help us – and we never have to wait for machines.
We are 100% satisfied.” -- Bob Tucker
