Elizabeth Poole, MSPT
Physical Therapist, Women’s Health Specialist, Crozet Clinic
Elizabeth completed her undergraduate work in Kinesiology at James Madison University, and then received her physical therapy degree from Medical College of Virginia in 1998. After spending three years working in Texas, she and her husband moved back to Virginia to be near family in 2001. Her physical therapy practice has been in outpatient and inpatient settings treating a variety of diagnoses. She began focusing on Women’s Health treatment over the past seven years and has enjoyed helping women of all ages conquer issues of pelvic pain, incontinence and pre/post-natal pain. She lives in Crozet. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons Micah and Caleb. While her kids keep her very busy, she still finds time for running, exercising with friends and adventure races to keep fit.
"Elizabeth was my therapist after knee-replacement.
She was amazing at figuring out which therapies and
exercises were necessary to get me back to my best
physical health. She has a patient, pleasant manner
and readily adapted to my needs to help me reach
my end goal. I now walk up stairs without even thinking
about it. I am thrilled with my outcome.” – Donna Tucker
